3 Steps to Renew Your ISACA Certification

You've worked hard to earn the reputable ISACA certification. Do not let it go off your hands by missing CPE credits.

There are three easy steps to renew your ISACA certification.

Step 1: Earn the Required CPE Credits

There are different types of ISACA certifications, and the most popular are CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, and CGEIT. ISACA requires certification holders to earn 120 CPE credits for every three years.

Note that ISACA requires every certification holder to earn and report at least 20 CPE credits annually as well. So, be careful and do not miss the annual reporting time.

Step2: Pay the Annual Management Fee (AMF)

ISACA requires certification holders to pay an annual maintenance fee as well. If you are an ISACA member, the annual maintenance fee is $45. If you are not a member, you should pay $85.

Step 3: Renew Your ISACA Certification

After completing the required CPE credits, if you paid the annual management fees as well, you will be able to renew your ISACA certification. Your new three-year renewal cycle will start right after you renew your certification.
