Each certification body has different recertification hour submission requirements. Each course earns different credits and types of continuing education credits for different certification bodies. We have a detailed Credit Reporting Guideline. Every professional should follow it when they are submitting their earned credits to ISC2, ISACA, CompTIA, EC-Council, Scrum Alliance, or PMI.

If your reporting to the certification body mismatches our guidelines, you may not be refunded.

How to Get Your Refund

To request a refund, email support@sanfranciscobs.com with the following documentation.

1- Details of Your Credit Submission: If your reporting to the certification body mismatches our credit reporting guideline, you may not be refunded.

2- Proof of Rejection from Certification Body: This can be the email you received or a screenshot from your dashboard that clearly shows how you submitted the credits you earned from our courses.

If your submission is as we outlined in our credit reporting guideline and your recertification hours are rejected, we will issue your refund.
