If you hold an EC-Council Certification (e.g., CEH, CPENT, CCISO, etc.), you can enroll in our ECE programs. All courses are online and eligible for earning ECE credits towards renewing your EC-Council certification.

3 Steps to Renew Your EC-Council Certification

You've worked hard to earn the reputable EC-Council certification. Do not let it go off your hands by missing ECE credits.

There are three easy steps to renew your EC-Council certification.

Step 1: Earn the Required ECE Credits

There are different types of EC-Council certifications, and the most popular are CEH, ECSA, CCT, CPENT, and LPT. EC-Council requires certification holders to earn 120 CPE credits for every three years.

Note that EC-Council requires every certification holder to earn and report at least 40 CPE credits annually as well. So, be careful and do not miss the annual reporting time.

You can read more in our EC-Council ECE Credits posts.

Step2: Pay the Annual Membership Fee

EC-Council requires certification holders to pay an annual membership fee of $80. Do not forget to pay the annual membership fee to keep your status active in the EC-Council database.

Step 3: Renew Your EC-Council Certification

After completing the required ECE credits, if you paid the annual membership fees as well, you will be able to renew your EC-Council certification. Your new three-year renewal cycle will start right after you renew your certification.
